The garage door came off the tracks.
Shane not only got it back together, but he continued adjusting things until the door works better than it ever did, even when it was new.

He explained that my door bell could be causing interference with the remote frequency. He told me I should get a cover for my door bell transformer. If this does not work he offered to re-install a DC model that should not have issues with any other electronic devices and only charge me the difference in price between the openers.
I am very pleased with Shane's professionalism and attention to detail, he really knows his stuff! I would absolutely recommend him to everyone!

When choosing somebody to do work on my house I am very cautious. Having hired some contractors in the past that have done low quality work I felt like I just threw my money away.
Shane is not one of those contractors. He is a master of his trade. He took the time to educate me on the materials and hardware he was going to use for our New Garage Door and why if we spent just a little more money we would have a far superior product.
Our doors look great and my wife and I are very pleased with the final result. Highly recommend Shane from Rolling garage doors and gates.

That was the first impact Shane made on me as to his professional approach to his work. After an in-depth inspection of my garage door he began to explain every aspect of a new door with options and cost. Then he provided me with options and cost for a repair of the garage door. After discussing the options and a few more questions on my part I chose the repair rather than a new door.
Within two hours my old door was repaired, along with a new garage door opener, extra steel support, new hinges, and other items. The door is now like new, works very well and it may last for many more years! I would highly recommend Mr. Shane Dalton for any garage door work in your home as this man is truly a Master Craftsman at his trade.
