When he arrived, he was great at explaining every step of the process, and gave us advice on follow up maintenance that we should perform after the new garage door opener installation. He did a safety inspection before working on our door opener, and recommended changing the rollers as they were part of the noise on our garage door.
Shane was prompt, knowledgeable and very sharp. From my first call, he was on helpful in advising us which garage door opener to select. Overall, we were very satisfied with the quality and level of customer service he provided.
