That was the first impact Shane made on me as to his professional approach to his work. After an in-depth inspection of my garage door he began to explain every aspect of a new door with options and cost. Then he provided me with options and cost for a repair of the garage door. After discussing the options and a few more questions on my part I chose the repair rather than a new door.
Within two hours my old door was repaired, along with a new garage door opener, extra steel support, new hinges, and other items. The door is now like new, works very well and it may last for many more years!
