All went well with this appointment. The service was outstanding! Can't say enough good things about this business. Our garage door stopped opening. I searched Angie's List for a recommended business to service the garage door. I found that Rolling Garage Doors had several good reviews so I gave them a call. Shane came out the next day and did a complete evaluation of our garage door opener, rails, springs, etc... He strives to come up with the best, most efficient, and cost effective way to make the repair.
Shane thoroughly explained the situation with the opener and components, went over several options and his recommendation based upon our needs, age of the door, and our budget. We agreed on a course of action and the door was purring like a kitten in about an hour or so. Had no idea how out of whack our garage door was until he aligned everything and got it back up to speed.
Honestly, I don't think it worked this well when it was brand new. We could not be more pleased with this result.
