Spring broke Friday evening. We had two cars in the garage that we were unable to get out, so we' were concerned that the cars would be stuck in the garage until Monday. Rolling Garade Doors was open when I called at 9:30 pm. Shane was very good explaining what we had after a little conversation.
Not only was he available to do the work the next day, he put us first on the list since we had to the two cars stuck in the garage. He also explained the short comings of a one spring garage door, which I experienced when I tried to lift the door manually. Told me his recommendations and did exactly what he said he would. He was on time, courteous, informative, gave advice for me that I could do to prevent future problems.
