Shane Dalton arrived to perform the garage door roller replacement job. As we talked, he explained nuances about the quality of the garage door system in total. I agreed to proceed on Friday, 07/31, to upgrade several related items (including a new opener motor). Shane then mentioned that the rollers were of a good quality and that I should ask for a refund of the $89.00 quoted in order #2159791. I'm confident that the work will be completed on 07/31.

All went well with this appointment. The service was outstanding! Can't say enough good things about this business. Our garage door stopped opening. I searched Angie's List for a recommended business to service the garage door. I found that Rolling Garage Doors had several good reviews so I gave them a call. Shane came out the next day and did a complete evaluation of our garage door opener, rails, springs, etc... He strives to come up with the best, most efficient, and cost effective way to make the repair.
Shane thoroughly explained the situation with the opener and components, went over several options and his recommendation based upon our needs, age of the door, and our budget. We agreed on a course of action and the door was purring like a kitten in about an hour or so. Had no idea how out of whack our garage door was until he aligned everything and got it back up to speed.
Honestly, I don't think it worked this well when it was brand new. We could not be more pleased with this result.

Because the summers in the Sacramento area get very hot, sometimes the temperature in my garage would get up to 100 degrees. In order to greatly reduce the extremely high heat in my garage, I decided to have roll-up insulated garage doors installed for my 3 car garage.
I contacted two different garage door contractors, and had them come to my home to give me their advise as to what kind of doors I should have installed for my garage, and give me a cost estimate. Then I contacted and met with a contractor by the name of Shane (owner of : "Rolling Garage Doors & Gates").
Shane was the most friendly, most courteous, and by far the most knowledgeable of all other garage door contractors that I have ever dealt with. Therefore, I selected Shane to install insulated doors for my garage.
